Run Coach Pro offers step-by-step, personalized plans to improve fitness and help prepare for race day for both beginners and experienced runners. Progressively and strategically building running ability for different running systems will optimize fitness in a balanced way.

Training plans for all events focus on aerobic development and integrated workout progression to ideally prepare you to be fit, healthy and strong on race day. If you are further than 18 weeks away from your event, we automatically incorporate the right level of our Get Fit plans that will leave you ready to go when the training cycle begins.

Marathon Training Plans:

  • Run Coach Pro Marathon training plans range between 8 to 18 weeks and are highly personalized to fit your schedule. Marathon plans emphasize long runs for increased endurance, progression runs for marathon specific strength and shorter interval workouts that will make Marathon pace feel comfortable.

Half Marathon Training Plans:

  • Run Coach Pro Half Marathon training plans range between 8 to 18 weeks and are highly personalized to fit your schedule. Half Marathon plans emphasize long runs for increased endurance, progression runs for Half Marathon specific strength and shorter interval workouts that will make Marathon pace feel comfortable.

50k Training Plans:
